About Me
Healing Through Connection
I became a therapist, because I wanted to help people create personally meaningful change in their lives to find inner peace. My practice is rooted in a person-centered perspective that emphasizes making the changes in your life that are most important to you. I often like to use the analogy that you are driving the car- I'm just holding the road map. I'm here to help you discover and reach your goals, as well as to find contentment and peace in your life.

Much of my practice is relational and experiential in nature. I am an AEDP Certified Therapist and am part of the Experiential Assistant (EA) Team for the AEDP Institute to help facilitate the training of other therapists. You can learn more about AEDP here: About AEDP™ Psychotherapy (aedpinstitute.org)
I also have previous training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and somatic therapies.

My office is located in Elmira, NY. I also provide telehealth appointments.

In addition to psychotherapy services, I am also an Adjunct Instructor of Social Work at Keuka College in the Master of Social Work (MSW) Program.
