Services I Offer

Helping you on your journey to emotional wellness is my main goal as a clinician.  As a supervisor and social work instructor, I'm passionate about helping other professionals learn and hone their skills. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions about the services I offer.

Individual Therapy

While I work with clients across the lifespan on a variety of topics, I find I work best with the following:

  • Adolescents (12+) and emerging adults with anxiety/panic, eating disorders and body image concerns, self-esteem concerns, OCD, trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, and self-injurious behaviors/suicidality. 

  • Emerging Adults (18-30) who may be struggling with navigating this transitional phase of life and having associated stressors 

  • Adults looking to understand and heal relational/attachment/complex traumas wounds to have healthier relationships with themselves and others

  • Other therapists looking to do their own healing

AEDP Supervision

 

I am delighted to be an AEDP Supervisor-In-Training under the tutelage of Wendy Summer and Jennifer Edlin. My supervision style is warm, affirming, encouraging, and seeks to create safety to be playful and try on new skills. I bring a strong relational focus to the supervision experience and work to be attuned while also holding focus on the left brain/learning aspect of supervision. My hope is that we can nerd out about theory together while also staying deeply connected to the relational and experiential component of both your work as a therapist and our work together in the supervisory relationship. 

I provide individual supervision for $100 per 55 minute session. I also provide group supervision at $50 per 2 hour session, so check in to see if I have any new groups starting!
